All online bookings are on a room only basis. If you wish to add breakfast this can be added at check in for £10 per person per night (£5 for children).
Check in/Check out times
Check in Time is usually from 3pm until 11pm. Check out is by 11am.
Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday's
If your booking involves a Sunday night stay or Bank Holiday Monday, please be advised that the bar & kitchen is closed on these days, so we recommend booking a table at one of several restaurants nearby if this applies to your stay.
There are some parking spaces available on site which cannot be reserved and operate on a first come first serve basis. Alternatively there is an excellent municipal car park situated a 30 second walk from the building which is free overnight. Paying £2 at the meter the evening before and displaying your ticket will cover your car from 8am to 11am the following day saving you the hassle of getting up early to buy a ticket.
Cancellations - Made via a 3rd Party Agent - eg. booking.com, laterooms etc.
Please refer to your agent confirmation regarding cancellations & pre-payments. Most rates are pre-paid and non refundable.
Cancellations - Direct Bookings
For bookings of less than 3 rooms
No Deposit is Required for Direct Bookings Sunday-Friday, however we will pre-authorise your payment card to confirm your booking. This will show as funds on hold in your bank account but will not be taken by us until we complete your transaction upon check out. A direct Saturday night booking requires full payment 48 hours prior to arrival and this will be charged to you payment card prior to arrival.
If you cancel Your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on Your Booking Confirmation You will be charged the full amount of Your booking, including any Booking Extras.
Guests departing earlier than planned will be subject to the same cancellation policy as outlined above.
Any bookings covered by a promotional voucher will be non refundable or amendable once booked. Cancellation will forfeit any voucher as per its terms and conditions.

If your booking is for 3 rooms or more, it will be classified as a group booking and the deposit policy here will apply. A non refundable deposit equivalent to £30 per room per night will be charged at the time of booking. If you cancel Your Booking within 7 days of the time of check in a full charge will be made for any cancelled rooms as part of the group booking. You agree that the accommodation business named above can contact You to arrange payment of the balance outstanding on the Booking should card details held decline.
If You need to cancel Your Booking more than 7 days before the scheduled check-in time no refund of deposit is possible. Please remember this only applies to bookings of 3 rooms or more.
We allow dogs in some rooms at £12 per dog per night - please let us know on 01745 816533.
We reserve the right to ask any guest behaving unacceptably to leave without notice or refund.
Damage & Lost Keys
Lost keys will be charged at £50. We reserve the right to charge your payment card for any damage caused to our property during your stay or for any excessive cleaning required.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Guests will be charged a minimum of £50 if they fail to observe this policy.
